It’s support to help people living with disability get out, take part in activities and connect with their community, with a friendly support worker; 1:1 or in a small group.

Yes, when it’s in your plan. It’s usually funded under Core Supports: Assistance with Social and Community Participation. We can help you understand your plan.

Outings, hobbies, social groups, exercise, shopping, appointments and community events like bingo, karaoke, movies and bowling. We follow the participant’s interests.

Yes. We match you with workers who suit your interests and preferences, including cultural and language needs, and keep the same faces wherever possible.

Both. We offer one-to-one community support and small group activities, depending on what the participant prefers and what’s funded.
