For many common concerns, research shows telehealth psychology can be just as effective as in-person. We’ll help you decide whether it suits your situation.

With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, Medicare rebates may apply for eligible telehealth sessions. Ask your GP, or call us and we’ll explain how it works.

Yes, where psychology is in your plan (Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living). Sessions can be delivered by telehealth. We can help you check.

A private, quiet space and a phone, tablet or computer with a camera and internet connection. We’ll send a simple, secure link before your session.

Yes. Sessions run on a secure platform and are confidential, the same as in-person psychology.

We have immediate availability and no waitlist. Book a free 15-minute call and we’ll match you with a psychologist quickly.
