Aged Care in Sydney — Common Questions

We provide personal care, domestic help, meals, transport, social support and companionship, plus nursing and allied health where available — all delivered in your own home across Sydney.

Support at Home is the Australian Government’s in-home aged care program. It replaced Home Care Packages on 1 November 2025. Many people still say ‘home care package’, but funding is now organised under Support at Home.

Government-funded aged care starts with an assessment through My Aged Care (call 1800 200 422). We can help you understand the steps and arrange support in the meantime.

In-home aged care is generally for people aged 65 and over (or 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) who need help to keep living safely at home. My Aged Care confirms eligibility.

Yes. Privately-funded support can usually start sooner, without waiting for a My Aged Care assessment. We’ll talk through the options on a free call.

Yes. Our carers provide patient, familiar support and steady routines for people living with dementia, working closely with families.

We’re based in Campsie and provide in-home aged care right across the Sydney metro area — from the Inner West to the North, CBD, South, South-West and Eastern suburbs. Call us to confirm your suburb.

Yes. If you’re under 65 with a disability, we can support you through the NDIS instead. Just let us know and we’ll point you the right way.
